I’ve been worked on by both Dr. Wu and Dr. Williams. Both are awesome. Super friendly staff. Very caring and compassionate. I am a verteran and so most of my medical is done at the VA. However, I have gone out of my way to request Dr. Wu as my ENT Dr. I’ve seen her several times now and even with an upcoming surgery, I am completely comfortable having Dr Wu operate on me. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant and efficient office. Dr Cheung-Phillips was very complete in her examination and explained each step. She was very personable and listened well. Her recommendations were clear and easy to follow.

I LOVE Dr.Cheung-Phillips! She helped our daughter get past chronic sinus infections, removed our other daughter’s tonsils, and is now helping me with vocal cord issues. She is genuine and really seems to want you to get better!

Office staff were super and friendly, nurse was great. Doctor was running a few minutes behind, but they communicated that and brought me water while I waited. Dr. Cheung-Philips was pleasant, professional, kind, and thorough. All in all really glad my primary referred me to this practice!

Dr. Cheung-Phillips is one of the most empathetic doctors I have seen. She doesn't recommend un-necessary procedures or imaging and patient health is her priority. She listens to her patients--I never feel shrugged off or not taken seriously. Never have issues with insurance or billing in the 6 years I have been a patient. I recently moved and drive over 40 minutes one way to see this ENT when I have issues.

From Dion, the technical assistant to Dr. Wu the amazing doctor, my visit to determine next steps on my perforated eardrum was professional, competent and comfortable. The office has several TV screens denoting the personnel, their backgrounds, and credentials. Dr. Wu set me at ease to discuss my issue then took a tour of my inner ear with her magical microscope/vacuum cleaning instrument and was able to ascertain a viable opportunity for remediation. I went from fearful to confident in one short office visit. I highly recommend River-ENT for any hearing issue.

Our whole family goes to and loves River ENT. Dr. Cheung-Phillips is brilliant, thorough, kind, and caring. As a bonus she is excellent with small children, like our toddler son. The practice is well organized, and all of the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Williams the audiologist is great. We can't say enough good things about this practice!
